Processing: We strive to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the same working day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be fulfilled on the next working day.

Resends: Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and your order is returned to us, we will need to recharge the shipping costs before resending.

Refunds: If the return is due to customer error—such as ordering the wrong product—a £5 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and restocking costs.
