We have a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Opened Liquids: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened liquids, as broken seals can lead to damage or leakage in transit.

Refunds: Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process and post the refund.

Damages: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product.
