Ordering & Shipping
Q: How quickly will my order be dispatched? A: We strive to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the same working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be fulfilled on the next working day.
Q: What happens if I entered the wrong delivery address? A: Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and your order is returned to us, we will need to recharge the shipping costs before resending the goods.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your returns policy? A: We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Q: Can I return a liquid product if I've opened it? A: For safety reasons and to ensure product integrity, we cannot accept returns of opened liquids where the seal has been broken.
Q: Is there a fee for returning an item? A: If the return is due to customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong product), a £5 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and restocking costs. If the return is due to a product fault or damage, we will cover the return shipping fee.
Q: How long does a refund take? A: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the request.
Product Use & Safety
Q: Are ShinePro chemicals safe for ceramic coatings, waxes, and sealants? A: Yes. Our core wash chemicals—including ShinePro Snow Foam and ShinePro Shampoo—are formulated to be pH neutral, making them completely safe on all waxes, sealants, and ceramic coatings.
Q: What dilution ratios do you recommend for the core products? A: We recommend the following starting ratios:
